open run ( win+R)

type regedit

click enter

click on HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

click on Directory ( according to above picture )

right click on Shell and click on new and click on the key

rename as  Intellijc Idea and press enter

and right click on Intellijc Idea and click on key

and rename as command

and  click on command

right click on (Default)

and click on Modify

now open file explore

and search your Intellij Idea

and shift+right click on Intellij Idea application file

and click on Copy as path

and past it on value data

and click ok

now fix your problem .
