VS Code is a best and productive IDE that can fulfill Your need. And Sublime Text Is also another Text Editor that many people are using.(Sublime Text Can be Purchased If You Want. Still You Can Use it For Free in the unregistered version With Out any Cost). How ever I Prefer Vs Code to Sublime Text.
