මෙය විවෘත හා නිදහස් මෘදුකාංග වේ.මෙහි ඇති Source Code එක තමන්ගෙර් අභිමතය පරිදි වෙනස් කරමින් භාවිතා කළ හැකිය. මෙහි Free යන යෙදුම සුරැකීම සදහා බලපත්‍ර නිර්මානය කර තිබේ. වර්තමානයේ බහුලවම භාවිතා වන්නේ GPL (General Public License) බලපත්‍රයයි.
